Dear Assignment Takers:

First of all, thanks for taking assignment of Meeting no. 326 on April 7, 2009.  As a Toastmaster of the Evening, I sincerely hope that you are able to attend ON TIME.  If we start our meeting on time, we can follow the agenda and close the meeting at 21:15.  Let’s try our best to work on it.

（2）Please provide me “3 elements” to introduce you, such as your job, how many years of your working experience, how many years joining toastmasters, your comments of toastmasters, etc.
